The Project is a new six-story Bed Tower building of approximately 212,000 square feet which includes a full basement below the Bed Tower footprint and an expanded 1st floor level adjacent to existing slab-on-grade structures to the south and west. A future single-story addition to the north of this structure and a future 6-story bed tower to the north of the single-story addition are anticipated and accommodated in the structural design. Permanent earth retention was required next to the existing structures to accommodate the new basement.
