Terrence M. Lindsay, PE, SE, SECB, MBA founded Lindsay & Associates, Inc. in 1997.  Terry has been serving his clients for over 25 years and provides experienced senior level involvement resulting in a demonstrated record of project success.

Lindsay focuses on customer service with collaborative design and innovative structural solutions that are consistent with the goals of our Clients.  Critical details are addressed in the design phase, not in the field.  We think beyond the common structural solution; we research, develop, and present multiple options when appropriate and assist our Clients with selecting the best solution to their design needs.  Moreover, Lindsay has built strong relationships with other professionals and resource companies, which provides us access to a larger pool of resources and diversified knowledge

Projects have Principal involvement and interoffice peer reviews to verify the most efficient and cost effective systems have been utilized as well as maintaining a high degree of quality control.  Lindsay has the added advantage of long-term employees (low employee turnover), and repeat Clients have chosen us specifically because of their confidence in our team members.

Our design software approach includes AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit® Structure.  Our integrated projects utilize 3D design software to provide enhanced design services, integrating structural models with other disciplines.

We are licensed in several states and participate in the NCEES Records Program.
