When projects encountered difficult contractors, Lindsay’s staff stepped up to the plate and delivered the extra effort necessary to keep projects focused in the right direction. I have worked on numerous projects over the past eight years with Lindsay and Associates. These projects have included; multiple parking garages, a central plant and we are currently working on 200,000 sf bed tower together. The drawings from Lindsay’s office are always very complete and detailed. As a contractor, probably the biggest advantage is that they are willing to work with you through constructability issues. If I go to them with an idea or change, they are always open to looking into it.
