The Project consists of a six-story plus basement apartment building and associated parking of approximately 402,315 square feet which is currently in the construction phase. The Project is a four-story cold-formed steel framed apartment structure over a two-story plus basement precast concrete podium structure plus a three-story apartment and two one-story retail structures connected to the podium structure. The podium structure includes basement, first and second floor parking, and third floor green roof areas and swimming pool outside  the footprint of the apartment structure.

The Project consists of a nine-story plus basement apartment building and associated parking of approximately 598,525 square feet. The Project is a seven-story cold-formed steel framed apartment structure over a two-story plus basement cast-in-place concrete podium structure encompassing the entire site. The podium structure includes basement, first and second floor parking, and third floor green roof areas and swimming pool outside the footprint of the apartment structure.

The Project consists of a three-story parking structure of approximately 522 spaces (151 at grade + 371 at two supported levels). The parking structure is not designed for future vertical expansion, but is designed for future horizontal expansion to the north.

The Project is a five-story medical office building of approximately 121,846 square feet and an adjacent two-story parking structure of approximately 498 spaces. Future horizontal expansion of the parking structure to the north was anticipated and accommodated in the structural design. The expansion has been completed.

The Project is a seven-story mixed-use building that consists of a four-story parking structure of approximately 581 spaces (463 supported deck + 118 ground level) supporting a three-story medical office building of approximately 69,700 square feet above. Gamma Knife and medical laboratory/testing facilities occupy the west bay of the Parking Structure Ground Floor. Three stair towers and one elevator/stair core/tower are each located near a corner of the structure. Future horizontal expansion of the parking structure to the east is anticipated and accommodated in the structural design.

The Project is a seven-story residential condominium building of approximately 226,000 square feet with first floor parking, a six-story residential loft-apartment building with first floor retail separated by a single-story retail building, a central courtyard area in between the buildings, and full site basement parking of approximately 28,900 square feet below all buildings and the courtyard area.
