The Project is a four-story cold-formed steel framed apartment structure over a two-story plus basement precast concrete podium structure plus a three-story apartment and two one-story retail structures connected to the podium structure. The podium structure includes basement, first and second floor parking, and third floor green roof areas and swimming pool outside  the footprint of the apartment structure.
